Beautiful Saviors NextStep program if for individuals seeking transitional care and services between hospital or skilled nursing stay and home. It’s patient-centered care that’s all about getting the patient back to home and life. In a secure section of the Nursing Center, the rehabilitation therapy center features eight private suites with semi-private rooms to create a comfortable and relaxed stay for temporary patients and long-term patients alike.

In addition to the feature of the Nursing Center patients also benefit from:

• A personal program of therapies (physical, occupational, and speech) 7 days a week
• Private spa room room with whirlpool tub, shower
• Room service as well as access to the Nursing Center’s dining room
• Support planning through out stay

Our staff of skilled nursing professionals are licensed, certified and available around the clock. We provide dedicated compassionate care to every resident.

Our nursing staff offers:

• 24-hour service
• Emergency call system
• medication administration
• wound care
• restorative programs
• portable X-ray and laboratory on-site
• Physical, occupational, and speech therapy available

We welcome people of all faiths, beliefs and traditions. We offer regular services and prayer groups focused on spiritual and religious growth and wellness.

• Pastors visits upon request
• Many spiritual books can be borrowed from one of our day rooms

Dietary Services  

Equipped with a full kitchen and staff, we are prepared to meet any dietary needs our residents may have. We always encourage everyone to join us in the dining rooms for meals tp build community, but we do offer room service to those that may need it. Our dietary staff makes three nutritious meals a day, along with various snacks for when the kitchen is closed

Organized Activites

Our activities department, along with other staff and volunteers from the community, work together to organize different activities for our residents to enjoy. These activities range from Bingo, to painting, to movies and popcorn, and even to fishing! We always encourage our residents to be involved and to join us as we pursue a community that has fun together.

Extra-Curricular

Outside of our organized activities we offer extra-curricular activities for the residents to do on their time. Our day rooms, open 24 hours a day, are a great spot for residents to help build a puzzle, read a new book, or even enjoy some casual television with a neighbor.
